Will Berry has worked in the Florida real estate market since 2003 with a emphasis on business brokerage and commercial real estate sales.

Will attended the University of Alabama and spent 4 years in the United State Air Force before beginning a 33 year career with Xerox Corporation. In 1976, Xerox relocated Will to Pensacola from Washingt

Will Berry has worked in the Florida real estate market since 2003 with a emphasis on business brokerage and commercial real estate sales.

Will attended the University of Alabama and spent 4 years in the United State Air Force before beginning a 33 year career with Xerox Corporation. In 1976, Xerox relocated Will to Pensacola from Washington, DC.

An avid sailor and adventurer, Will has crossed the Atlantic and Pacific oceans on private sail boats and logged many hours at sea. Planning, dedication, courage, and endurance are some of the traits that Will relies on to succeed both personally and professionally.

Will is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He holds the designation as a Certified Business Intermediary by the Florida Business Brokers Association. A resident of Pensacola Beach, Will focuses on businesses and commercial properties in N. W. Florida.

Angel Orth, Agent/ Sales Associate MS, CBI

Angel started her professional career in a capacity similar to a social worker for the Veterans Affairs organization where she spent almost 10 years coordinating and assisting Veterans in the navigation of their health care, benefits, and resources for their everyday needs. From there, she took on a position with a medical product company

Angel started her professional career in a capacity similar to a social worker for the Veterans Affairs organization where she spent almost 10 years coordinating and assisting Veterans in the navigation of their health care, benefits, and resources for their everyday needs. From there, she took on a position with a medical product company in a hybrid position of both Director of Business Development and Director of Patient Success for the Southeast of the U.S.

The combination of these positions lead to a skill set of sales and marketing, strategic planning and analysis, strong networking and relationship building, financial acumen, strong leadership and management, problem solving, strong communication, data analysis and reporting, project management, advocacy for patient/client rights, market knowledge, negotiation skills, financial analysis, and last but certainly not least empathy and compassion.

As it turns out, that is the exact skill set Angel needed for her next career move: Business Broker! Since becoming a business broker, she has become a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Becoming a CBI through the IBBA sets Angel apart with the knowledge and expertise to objectively guide clients through the intricacies of the entire marketing and negotiation process of a business sale, resulting in successful transactions and satisfied clients. Angel has successfully closed every transaction/listing with a 100% close rate and a sales volume of over $260 million in the last two years.
